Organic Iron Goddess is a variety of oolong tea. This tea provides a full but balanced flavor with a flowery and velvety finish. This tea is perfect with a hearty meal.
BREWING GUIDE
Makes 1 cup / 230 ml of tea
1. Bring fresh water to boil and let it cool down for a few minutes before adding to your cup or teapot
2. Add around 3g of tea leaves for every 200ml of water
3. Steeping time: 80,120,180, 300 seconds
4. Re-steeping: 3 to 4 times
Feel free to experience with different dosage, time or temperature. Note that higher temperature, larger amounts of tea leaves and longer steeping time will result in a strong tea with more astringency.
It is recommended to use an infuser when steeping your tea.
